Covid-19 Lockdown Challenges

Introduction:                                                      

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus.

The disease causes respiratory illeness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough,fever,and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. Most people infected with the COVID-19 will experience mild tompoderate respiratory illeness and recover without recquiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like diabetes ,cancer are more likely to develop serious illeness.

Purpose of Lockdown

1.In Corona virus condition the main purpose of lockdown isto maintain social distancing which leads to stop spreading of coronavirus cases.

2. As coronavirus spreads from one person to another and that will create a chain of coronavirus cases so to break the chain is necessary as by which people may not enter or exit from that place and then chain will break. 

Subjectivity:

Impact of lockdown on industries;           

1. Lockdown main impact is specially on non-essentials goods and  related to their business and others will not be in any loss.
2. Operations,sales new launches of project stop.
3. Stop in footfalls due to social distancing.
4. If we see as a global point of view , import and export is effected which led to like in prices  even essential goods also.
5. Even in some point employer have sold to goods in less time due to export stop to others country.So due to decrease in demand ,prices to be reduced.

• Lockdown is the good sign of reflecting in the environment. Due to lockdown,pollution is very less now due to very loss pollution in the market.
• Due to lockdown ,in big cities of our country ,Nitrogen dioxide is decreased by 70% approx.
• Due to lockdown many cities are reporting much better air quality.
• Particulate matter 2.5 or PM 2.5 which is the most harmful air pollution, which is reduced due to lockdown.
• Due to lockdown, not only air pollution is stopped but also other  pollution are reduced like water pollution, noise pollution are also reduced.

Can you go to work?

Most major cities in the country have ordered private companies to let employees work from home.All offices will remain shut or work  with minimal staff till the end of the lockdown period. The Cenral and state governments have announced relief pacakages for dailywage  earners and other temporary workers.

What if you have an Emergency?

Emergency services, like hospitals and pharmaces, will continue to operate as usual.

CONCLUSION

As we conclude that lockdown has inversely proportional to economy and environment .

In easy language we can say that lockdown has positive effect on environment and negative effect on economy. Air quality is seen much better which is not observed in lost 10 years .But due to lockdown economy is getting worse due to stop in supply chain and its main impact is on non –essential goods and their services.
