IMPACT OF LOCK DOWN ON ECONOMY

COVID-19 LUCKDOWN CHALLENGE: IMPACT OF LOCK DOWN ON ECONOMY

Abstract
The present world is hit by devastating pandemic disease (Covid-19). The whole world is locked down in their homes because there is no other solution to combat pandemic disease. Whether rich or poor educated or uneducated, upper class or lower class, developed or under developed', who ever or where ever they are every person is terrifying with the bad enemy i.e. covid-19.
We have never seen/felt in our lives such type of terrifying virus. Though scientists and medical personalities are trying their best to find vaccines and medicines to treat the pandemic Covid-19. People are suffering from it day by day rapidly. The death toll is going up too fast.

Introduction
Until recently, most people will never have heard of corona viruses. But they, and the diseases they cause in humans and animals, have been recognized for 50 years.  The Covid-19 was started in Wuhan province of China on December 10. Since then, it has been spreading all over the world rapidly two times in day and four times in a night. A lock down is an emergency protocol that usually prevents people or information from leaving an area. The protocol can usually only be initiated by someone in a position of authority. A full lock down means that people must stay where they are and may not enter or exit a building or rooms. The present lock down is to stop the spreading pandemic disease covid-19. At this time nearly 75% of the world's people are in this locked down condition. According to the WHO Novel Corona Virus record till 15th April  20,08,251 corona virus cases is recorded and total death is 1,27,168. Unfortunately this data is going up rapidly.

IMPACT OF LOCKDOWN ON ECONOMY

The warning comes almost three weeks after the international labour organization (ILO) predicted that 25 million jobs were threatened by Covid-19. According to the agency the full or partial luckdown measures has affected almost 2.7 billion workers i.e. four in five of the world's workforce.
According to the ILO chief, workers in the four sectors that have experienced the most "drastic" effects of the disease.
      a.               food and accommodation
      b.               retail and wholesale business
      c.               services and administration and
      d.               manufacturing

In this day we have to know that nearly 80% of the workers have to lose their jobs. On one side there is terror, fear of dying  showing a bad signal, on the other side people have become jobless and they have nothing to hand to mouth. My God! No one has dreamt such a terrifying situation ever now.

In this context no one is free or unaffected from this pandemic disease because it's about to our health condition. Health is said to be the most important thing for every person. No one likes to die. Death is the most hated thing for every living beings.
Agriculture is the largest sector in most of the developing countries; risk of food security. However people say that agriculture is unaffected by this disease, it is not right because most of the people are suffering in the villages and there is lockdown they can't work freely in their farm and hire labourers in the harvesting and planting crops.
The lockdown has greatly affected the economic status of a person and a nation even the whole world too. People have lost their work, jobs etc. Even self employed persons are badly affected. Shopkeepers, retailers, to large factories are closed up and the whole human being is badly affected by this crisis.
People are lingering without food and higher class people who has taken loans to run their industries, can't pay their interest and they have been suffering from mental tension. What a bad situation, some of the people who are from lower class are dying of starvation and the people of higher class too are dying of tension.
The longer the shutdowns go on the more damage is done, No one knows exactly how long they will go on far. The lockdown is depended on how swiftly the pandemic disease is spreading. Financial crisis may hamper other sectors too.
It is hurting the economy. A harsh lockdown is certain to slow down the disease. The famous slogan of this time is "stay at home, be safe".
It is said that there is silver lining on the side of dark cloud. Yes, we hope that one bright day will arrive and all the human beings and powerful nations of the world will have learnt that no person is superior than other and no country is superior and powerful than others. All are equal. This pandemic corona (covid-19) has taught us a good lesson and every person will start their profession happily, energetically with smiling faces and helping hand to weaker ones.

We hope one day this enemy will be in control and our scientists, a son/daughter of human being will be success on medicines/vaccines to cure the pandemic covid-19.
Imagine … how happy we will be on that day!
We'll hug with humanity each other happily and run our business and luck down will fly away.

Conclusion
In this day we have to know that nearly 80% of the workers have to lose their jobs. On one side there is terror, fear of dying showing a bad signal, on the other side people have become jobless and they have nothing to hand to mouth. The famous slogan of this time is "stay at home, be safe".

Pollution And COVID-19

In India, life under coronavirus brings blue skies and clean air

Inside the world's biggest lockdown, there are no flights, no traveler prepares, no cabs and barely any working enterprises. Be that as it may, one thing is surprisingly bounteous: cleaner air.
India is occupied with an edgy offer to "smooth the bend" of coronavirus cases before they overpower the creaky wellbeing framework right now more than 1.3 billion individuals.
Meanwhile, the three-week lockdown is smoothing something different — India's famous air contamination. The speed of the change has astounded even specialists, who state it is evidence that emotional upgrades in air quality can be accomplished, though at a huge human and monetary expense.
Days after the lockdown started on March 25, the degree of molecule contamination considered generally hurtful to human wellbeing fell by about 60 percent in New Delhi, India's capital, as indicated by an investigation by specialists at the charitable Center for Science and Environment. Comparative drops have happened in other significant Indian urban communities.
Promotion
In typical occasions, Delhi is the world's most dirtied megalopolis. For a significant part of the winter, air quality readings stayed at levels that in the United States are viewed as unfortunate or more awful. Last November, the city encountered its longest spell of risky air since such record keeping started.
Nowadays, Delhiites are stuck at home with the exception of when getting fundamental merchandise. In any case, above them are blue skies, the moon and the stars, seen without the typical boundary of brown haze. The sight is striking to the point that "I want to commend the sky for its excellence," said Sameer Dhanda, 26, a draftsman.
In different pieces of India, the Himalayan mountain run is obvious from a separation without precedent for years. Conduits gagged by modern contamination, for example, Delhi's Yamuna River — brimming with dim froth only months back — are streaming unrestricted. The present decrease in contamination has come at a precarious cost. A great part of the Indian economy has been sat, constraining powerless specialists to venture out several miles to their home towns by walking. Millions could be dove into destitution or craving if the lockdown proceeds past its underlying three-week time span.

However, specialists express that there are still exercises to be gathered, including an opportunity to envision an alternate future. The lessening in contamination is a "proof of idea" that shows clean air "is feasible," said Ajay Mathur, a previous Indian atmosphere moderator and an individual from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's chamber on environmental change. "The linkage between close to home conduct and what I will inhale is far more clear now than it has been previously."

The initial step for any administration is to guarantee that "the huge number of Indians have maintainable occupations," Mathur included. By the by, he trusts that approach changes —, for example, eliminating grimy mechanical powers and quickening the move to earth benevolent vehicles — will get a lift in the post-pandemic world.

One awful incongruity of the present emergency is that a pandemic that makes it hard for some to inhale has, by checking contamination, facilitated respiratory difficulties for other people. Pulmonologists in Delhi state huge numbers of their standard patients are breathing simpler and decreasing their utilization of inhalers.

India's long-running fight with contamination may have rendered it especially helpless against the novel coronavirus. Scientists at Harvard as of late found that places with long haul presentation to more significant levels of fine molecule contamination — known as PM2.5 — were related with higher paces of death brought about by covid-19. Such particles can hold up somewhere down in the lungs and have been connected to hypertension, coronary illness, respiratory contaminations and even malignant growth.

dull students and on the other side it is a great opportunity for brilliant students because they have a lot of time to study and score good in exams remaining.
Peoples working from home are

also facing problems because everyone don’t have a quite environment to work
properly and with this peoples belongs to industry/business background facing
big financial problems of workers and owners as well & with this they are
becoming a breaker in the economic growth of the whole country.

Peoples of the  country
have many kind of issues but the main issues are for the peoples who are not

financially able to live without working and earning.

Animals who totally depends on humans for their food are facing many problems.
 Environment is the only

thing which is getting a good impact of lockdown due to a high decrement in
noise & air pollution level. Many wildlife species are also seen to be

What changes in instruction does COVID-19 or coronavirus quicken? We for the most part talk about the instructive points of interest that e-Learning preparing brings (e.g., web based learning, mixed learning, and so forth.), yet we can't overlook its cultural advantages, considering its utilization during the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

E-Learning to Ensure Normality in Education

The individuals who follow our blog realize that we stress how e-Learning preparing is gainful on the grounds that it is in a split second available and offers adaptable planning. In any case, it is additionally gainful in light of the fact that it is helpful during times of emergencies, for example, work nonattendances or pandemics. Despite the fact that pandemics frequently bring about individuals remaining at home for extensive stretches of time, work has not quit during the coronavirus pandemic. This is to a great extent because of the execution of telecommuting by huge and little organizations the same. Similarly as with occupations, instructive interests ought not stop as a result of the pandemic. It isn't fundamental, particularly since there are apparatuses, for example, video conferencing frameworks, that can guarantee the progression of classes.

Educators can utilize virtual homerooms to instruct from home with every single vital apparatus available to them. This renders their online meetings to be similarly as successful as conventional ones and significantly increasingly worthwhile since they can offer a lot of substance, communication, fortification, and ongoing criticism during virtual meetings.

The Virus that Accelerated Changes in the Educational System

Coronavirus Lockdown II: How serious could the impact be on Indian economy and GDP

It does not require an economist to tell that a complete social and economic lockdown of India for 21 days would severely impact the supply side of the economy, that is, production and distribution of goods and services, except for the essential items that are exempt.
In an economy already reeling under a demand depression, rising unemployment, and lowering of industrial output and profits, all of which happening together for several quarters now, a supply-side constraint would deliver a big blow, jeo pardising growth prospects and social and economic wellbeing of a large number of people.
The quarterly GDP growth has consistently fallen since Q4 of FY18. If there is a deviation in Q4 of FY19, as shown in the graph below, it is because the National Statistical Office (NSO) revised its data on February 28, 2020, drastically cutting down growth rates in the first three quarters of FY19 (from 8% to 7.1% for Q1; from 7% to 6.2% in Q2 and 6.6% to 5.6% in Q3).

Coronavirus Lockdown II: How genuine could the effect be on Indian economy and GDP

It doesn't require a financial specialist to tell that a total social and monetary lockdown of India for 21 days would seriously affect the stock side of the economy, that is, creation and conveyance of merchandise and ventures, aside from the basic things that are excluded.

In an economy previously reeling under an interest discouragement, rising joblessness, and bringing down of mechanical yield and benefits, all of which happening together for a few quarters now, a stock side requirement would convey a major blow, imperiling development possibilities and social and monetary prosperity of an enormous number of individuals.

The quarterly GDP development has reliably fallen since Q4 of FY18. On the off chance that there is a deviation in Q4 of FY19, as appeared in the diagram beneath, it is on the grounds that the National Statistical Office (NSO) updated its information on February 28, 2020, definitely chopping down development rates in the initial seventy five percent of FY19 (from 8% to 7.1% for Q1; from 7% to 6.2% in Q2 and 6.6% to 5.6% in Q3).

What could be the greatness of the effect of a total social and financial shutdown may not be anything but difficult to evaluate, yet it is probably going to be definitely more serious than either the 2016 demonetisation or the 2017 GST rollout.

No one presently questions that those two occasions conveyed financial stuns from which the economy had not yet recouped when the coronavirus pandemic struck.

The similitude with the 2016's demonetisation or 2017's GST doesn't end at their monetary effect.

The hit to individuals and organizations could have been extensively relaxed however for absence of premonition, arranging and procedures. That would have spared a distraught scramble by the legislature as well.

For instance, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman declared Rs 1.76 lakh crore alleviation bundle on March 26 evening, a great 42 hours after the 21-day lockdown was reported. It would to a great extent advantage the chaotic area laborers, particularly every day wage laborers, and urban and provincial poor. The alleviation would incorporate money moves and PDS (Public Distribution System) supply.

This was trailed by the Delhi Chief Minister Arvid Kejriwal's affirmation to road merchants, insignificant brokers, and businesspeople that time limitation passes would be given to them online to forestall their provocation on account of cops.

Every one of these means could have been taken before the lockdown was declared, especially since the March 24 declaration succeeded a 'Janta time limitation' of March 22 and a "total lockdown" of 548 regions per day sooner.

The delayed repercussion of unexpected lockdown is obvious.

For one, individuals hurried into arrangement stores, making a joke of 'social removing' which is its essential objective. Also, a day after the lockdown, online providers of basic food item, medication and nourishment, similar to Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, SuprDaily and numerous others, suspended their administrations the nation over, refering to "disarray" or "limitations forced by nearby specialists" on their developments. Others, similar to Grofers and FreshToHome, whined of legitimate impediments.

Two days sooner, another online provider Milkbasket had halted conveyance benefits in seven Indian urban areas saying that it was not being permitted to convey milk and vegetables, "bringing about us dumping 15,000 liters of milk and tossing more than 10,000 kg of foods grown from the ground".

The provocation didn't limit to only them. Cops were seen beating anybody and everybody proceeding onward the avenues in numerous urban areas the nation over, the video proof of which is flowing via web-based networking media. There are examples of cops assaulting arrangement stores in business sectors as well, in any event, when the fundamental administrations are permitted during the lockdown.
